I create, I hope, inspiring Original Artworks under my Bernie branding using a mixed media approach, mainly with acrylics, oil pastels and pencil.

I have been working on my style and ideas for some time now, with mainly an abstract view to most of my compositions, using mostly pallet knife and brush, but sometimes getting my fingers and hands into it as well! I am also interested in the Impasto techniques (a more 3D effect on the canvas) and some, like my Kalediscope series, are richly embelished with accents of Gold and Copper Leaf worked in.

Originals are varnished and sealed to give a long lasting and protected finish. Prints where available, are reproduced using only the very best quality ‘Giclee’ archival papers and printing techniques. Both should provide decades if not hundreds of years of satisfaction and pleasure if cherished in the right way.
